FiveLoop Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

- If you use Fiveloop without creating an account, no personal data is collected.

- If you create an account, we collect the following information:

• Your email address to register and manage your account.
• Music files you upload to our servers (stored in Firebase Storage).
• Separated audio sources (e.g., vocals, drums, bass, other instruments) created through our source separation process.
• Analysis data such as BPM and musical notes, which are generated from your uploaded music.

All collected data is linked to your account and stored securely in our Firebase database and storage.

2. Data Usage

We use your data solely to provide and improve Fiveloop’s functionality, including:

• Creating and maintaining your account.
• Processing your uploaded songs into separated audio sources.
• Analyzing separated audio sources for BPM and musical notes.
• Displaying your songs and analysis results in your private profile.

Your songs and profile are private and are not shared with other users.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following cases:

• With service providers such as Google Firebase, which we use for secure data storage and processing.
• If required by law or valid legal processes.

4. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your email, uploaded music, separated tracks, and analysis data are securely stored in Firebase. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

• You may use Fiveloop without an account, in which case no personal data is collected.
• If you create an account, you may request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including uploaded music and analysis results) by contacting us at mail@duechtel.com.
  Additionally, you can use the "Delete Account" function in the Account Settings of the app to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Fiveloop is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
